I read once that people who remain childless live longer. I would gladly trade several years of earthly living for the wonderful chance to have our boys. However, I feel like I am aging at a rapid rate this week. Potty training and having an infant is a very tiring combination. I am either feeding Caleb, taking Jonathan to the bathroom or doing laundry. Very often it is a combination of two of these activities. Definitely no sitting.
A good friend once said that she reminded herself of verse in the Bible that says, "Do not grow weary of doing good." when she was tired of doing whatever hard work of parenting that was upon her at that time. That is one of the best reminders I can have...
