Family Fun - Part Two

Jamie's parents came to visit last weekend and brought two of our nieces with them. Elysa is 14 and Allison is 11 (Jamie is the youngest and we started later with having children than his siblings). It was hot, hot, hot the first day that they were here so we enjoyed one of my favorite activities: the baby pool. The girls liked it, too. I think they were just thrilled to get to hang out with one another! They brought this "cozy coupe" with them, and Jonathan LOVES it. He seems to love all outdoor toys that move or make messes. We spent a beautiful morning at the zoo on Saturday and we all liked the penguins!
It was great to spend some time with the Guild family and see Elysa since we won't see her when we go home later this month. We will get to see everyone else, but Elysa is going on a trip elsewhere so she won't be there.
